Welcome to Aeon, a mobile application operated by Temporal Health LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Aeon application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Service

Aeon is a health and wellness application that provides evidence-based lifestyle protocols designed to support biological health. The Service includes personalized protocol recommendations, adaptive dosing, daily check-ins, and progress tracking.

Aeon is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The Service is intended for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Aeon offers a subscription-based service with a 30-day free trial for new users.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and will renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, protocols, algorithms, and software — are owned by Temporal Health LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

The information provided through Aeon is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you have read or received through the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any health outcomes will result from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temporal Health LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temporal Health LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California.
