Temporal Health LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Aeon mobile application ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. When you create an account, we collect:

- Authentication credentials (managed securely through our authentication provider)

Health and Wellness Data
To provide personalized protocol recommendations, we collect:
- Self-reported health outcomes through daily check-ins (e.g., sleep quality, energy, recovery, mood)
- Protocol compliance and practice completion data
- Baseline health assessments provided during onboarding
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Service, including:
- App usage patterns and feature interactions
- Device type and operating system version
- Crash reports and performance data

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- Supabase — Cloud database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and wellness records are stored securely on Supabase's platform with row-level security policies.
- Apple — Authentication (Sign in with Apple), and subscription billing through the App Store.
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- Secure authentication with token-based access controls
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical and improvement purposes.
